North Boulder Market's Turkey Meatloaf

  • 3 lbs Ground turkey

  • 2-1/2 cups Quick-rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup Corn flake crumbs

  • 3 Large eggs

  • 2 cups Apricot preserves

  • 3 TB Ground sage

  • 2 TB Garlic salt

Preheat oven to 375°. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl minus 1/2 cup of the apricot preserves. Mix ingredients thoroughly and form into a loaf in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 375° for 1-1/2 hours (or until inserted meat thermometer reads 165°), rotating the dish at about 45 minutes for even cooking.

Before serving, spread the remaining preserves over the top of the meatloaf.
