3 8-oz packages of cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
3 Tbs Lemon Juice
Cinnamon
Mix Cream cheese and sugar in mixer on slow speed. Add eggs, one at a time. Add lemon juice. Pour into greased 10” pan. Bake 375 for 40 minutes. Dust lightly with cinnamon.
Topping
1 pint Sour Cream
¼ cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
Fresh Berries
Mix all ingredients except berries until just blended. Do not over blend. Cover cake with topping – bake another 15 minutes. Cover and refrigerate overnight before cutting. Top w/fresh berries.
